PETER MULLER, P.E., is president of PRT Consulting, Inc., a company specializing in planning, engineering and procurement services related to personal rapid transit. He has bachelors and masters degrees in civil engineering from the universities of Cape Town and Colorado respectively. He has provided consulting services to the transportation industry for thirty years. He has completed PRT feasibility/planning/design studies for a wide range of clients. He has authored or co-authored eight published papers on PRT.
